Submissions
- All submissions must include a title, the section it is to be placed in (mystery,
word, or mathematics) and the answer to the problem. You may also include your
name if you so wish, use a code name (like XY12233243) or remain anonymous.
- Please do not submit anything that may insult other people
(for example racist remarks).
- Do not submit anything that contains any adult content.
- Do not submit your problem or poll by attaching a text file. This is a
precautionary measure against e-mail viruses.
- Do not copy any problems that can be found in books or copy any
content from over the Internet.
- Problems may be edited if there are mistakes or concerns with the problems.
- The problems submitted are owned by the people who made them. Therefore, they
hold the copyright for the submission.
- Not all problems or polls will appear on the website. Each problem will be judged
on it's difficulty and it's quality.
- Any submission that does not appear on the website on the week it was submitted may
appear in following weeks.
- With regards to using a picture to illustrate a problem, please ensure that when
you submit your problem that you mark in the problem somewhere that a picture is needed.
Once the submission is checked and the picture is then required, an e-mail will be sent to
the author of the problem to request the picture. Pictures should be in the Graphical
Interchange Format (.gif). If this is not possible, send the picture to me and I will see
if I can change it to the correct format.
- Pictures are bound by the same rules as above.
- To submit a problem for the current week, you need to send it before Sunday at 10pm of that
week. Submissions after that day will be forwarded to the next week.
If your submission violates any of the rules in bold, it will not be
considered for use in the website.
