Time to do my homework!

A well organised pupil has 7 questions to do and wants to spend 3 hours doing the work. The pupil starts by deciding how hard the questions are. Using a scale of 1-9 (1 being the easiest) decide the difficulty levels of the 7 questions using the clues below.

Q3 is 4 times harder than the easiest difficulty level
Q5 is half as hard as Q3 and just easier than Q2
Q6 is easier than Q1 by the same amount as the difficulty level of Q5
However, Q6 is just harder than Q4
No question is easier than Q7

For every difficulty level that a question has, the pupil takes exactly 5 minutes to complete the question (so for a question with difficulty level 4 it would take the pupil 20 minutes to complete). Which question could the pupil do again with the time left over?
