Time to do my homework! A well organised pupil has 7 questions to do and wants to spend 3 hours doing the work. The pupil starts by deciding how hard the questions are. Using a scale of 1-9 (1 being the easiest) decide the difficulty levels of the 7 questions using the clues below. Q3 is 4 times harder than the easiest difficulty level For every difficulty level that a question has, the pupil takes exactly 5 minutes to complete the question (so for a question with difficulty level 4 it would take the pupil 20 minutes to complete). Which question could the pupil do again with the time left over? Author: Simon Ho |
